dc.description.abstract THIS thesis aims to create a form of suburban densification intent on creating a new settlement pattern that will lie between the urban core and the suburban sprawl. It seeks to not only density, but to enrich the quality of living within stagnant suburban communities by creating a circumstance that fosters the ideals of community centered living and heterogeneity. It will reject the manipulative ideas projected by present day suburbia, reintroducing a community based, design enriched movement for those who are no longer complacent with the monotony homogeneity, and regimented blandness of suburban developments. en_US
